Happy customer!

I received an email recently from a very happy customer and an old friend. Zara purchased 2 prints from me and wrote back, with photos of them framed, to say how glad she was.
Now isn't that lovely :)

Ai Ai Ai

I made this as a sort of pre-cursor to a screen print.  Print didn't go so well, but painting is not too shabby!

I don't know why I am drawing rabbits, but I feel that I should just go with it.  I think my use of colour is improving. x

Jigsaw of my dreams.

On a  recent trip back home I found and old jigsaw that my grandmother gave me for one of my birthdays when I was little.  Even as a young thing I wanted to gobble up this picture.  I love it so much.  I remember losing that one piece of jigsaw.  Who knows where it is..maybe it's made it's way back to HK.
I don't know who illustrated it and it was too long ago to do detective work.  It was either bought in Hong Kong or Japan and that's all I know.

Some Autumnal characters

Whilst trying to pitch for a book I ended up creating these characters.
It's not right for what I'm doing but perhaps they could be useful in the future.
Either way, a good stride into colour.
