Down at the Zoo

Watercolours
Client: Too Many Cookes

Whilst designing the album cover for Mick Cooke's "Down at the Zoo" I came up with an alternative style using a more hand-crafted and elegant approach.
Using watercolours I created a bold, colourful, and striking cover, executed with a lighter touch.
Although the other cover I made was chosen, I think it is still worth exhibiting this one.

    I can see why they chose the other one for a kids' album, but this one is better art! I love it. Love the elephant's head.
